It’s been an amazingly busy
year for Gavin and Carrie. Carrie is
busy with her pro bono law firm and Gavin is rebuilding his club but something
is missing between them. The to hot to
handle romance has started to sizzle down.
Gavin gets a to chance expand his club in France and wants to take
Carrie with him. Will this be enough to
bring back what has been forgotten or will this trip tear them apart?

A year can change a person,
Carrie and Gavin still want each other but their careers are in the way. I love that Gavin is using his business trip
to take Carrie to France to try and reignite the passion they have for each
other. The fact that Carrie loves Gavin isn’t the question in her mind. She’s been missing a part of their
relationship. Gavin has step back from
his BDSM lifestyle for Carrie but he really hasn’t taken the time to see if
that is what she wanted. This leaves her
feeling insecure in their relationship.
Carrie wants Gavin to be himself with her and that includes the how
things were in the bedroom. Gavin’s
heart is in the right place, but there are others who seem to have a different
plan in mine.
M. S. Parker had me hooked
from the start. I loved the first five
Club Prive books and was looking forward to seeing where she’d take Carrie and
Gavin this time. This book did not
disappoint me and I’m dying to see what happens next as we were left with a
cliffhanger. I can’t wait to find out what is in store for Carrie and Gavin and
how they will get through everything being thrown at them.
