Random Acts of Crazy
I never
intended to pick up a naked hitchhiker wearing nothing but a guitar. A guitar.
Really. I don't collect guys like that (don't ask what kind of guys I do
collect), but when you spot a blonde, tanned, sculpted man with a gorgeous
smile and his thumb poking up and practically begging you to stop – you stop.
And I definitely never thought I'd be staring into the bright blue eyes of Trevor Connor, the lead singer for Random Acts of Crazy, an indie rock star I followed like the slobbering fileshare fangirl I am. How he came to be nude and lost six hundred miles from home is quite the tale, but how we fell in love is even more unreal.
Because someone like Trevor Connor, headed to Harvard Law next year, isn't supposed to want someone like me, a rural Ohio chick majoring in Boredom at Convenience Store University who is all curves and frizzy blonde hair and manners so unpolished they have sharp edges that make you bleed.
But he did.
When his best friend, Joe Ross, the bass player for Random Acts of Crazy and a man who makes Calvin Klein models look like Shrek, drove eleven hours through the night to rescue him, though, it got real complicated. It's one thing to like two different guys and be torn.
What do you do, though, when maybe – just maybe – you don't have to choose?
As my Aunt Josie says sometimes, "It's always complicated."

Random Acts of Crazy is a standalone, full-length novel (300+ pages, 85,000 words) featuring Darla Jo(sephine) Jennings, the 22-year-old niece of Josie Mendham from the Her Two Billionaires series. It has, like many New Adult novels, an exploration of sexuality for the three main characters, doesn't shy away from mature content, and Darla has a sailor's mouth
Random Acts of Trust
Giving up is hard...but giving in is even
harder.
When did my life become a demented episode from The Mindy Project?
Moving to Boston to begin grad school meant I was supposed to start a new life--not dig through a past I thought I'd left behind four years ago. But when I saw the poster for Random Acts of Crazy, all I could think about was the drummer, Sam Hinton, the boy I'd loved in high school and who disappeared with my heart.
Who knew I'd become the living version of Magic Mike?
Seeing Amy Smithson at my gig and watching her win a kiss from my bandmate, Liam, was a gut punch. Four years ago we squared off in a high school debate that had higher stakes than we ever imagined, and here I was...wanting what I'd walked away from. Are there too many secrets between us to allow her to trust me again?
And can I trust myself?

Random Acts of
Fantasy
You ever really
think that you'll win the lottery? Meet Mr. Right? How about two Mr. Rights?
Somehow the universe is handing me everything I want (except for that lottery part...), and I don't like it. Not one little bit. Because just when you get all your dreams handed to you on a silver platter, that's when an airplane dumps its sewage on your house. Or your mama's diabetes takes a bad turn. Or your mobile phone gets stuck in your hoohaw.
(What? It happens…)
Boring old average me got everything I wanted already, moving from small-town Ohio to big-city Boston to follow my heart. So when the fancy invitation offering me a pile of money to come with the band, Random Acts of Crazy, to perform on an island resort and be their manager arrived, I thought it was a cosmic joke. Enough money to help my mama get what she needed, five days in sunny paradise, and a shot at greatness for the band? Unreal. One big shoe was waiting to drop. On my head.
Just like no one really ever finds a naked man wearing only a guitar standing by the side of the road hitchhiking and ends up falling in love with him and his friend and moving halfway across the country for true love, no one gets an invitation to come to what turns out to be a resort where people make what me and Joe and Trevor do together look like a chaste peck on the cheek. But...
Well.
I guess these things do happen.
To me.

Random Acts of Hope
She dressed
professionally, wearing a plum-colored fuzzy v-neck sweater that contoured to
the swell of a rack I remembered so well, legs encased in a slim pencil skirt
that embellished those creamy hips I could imagine naked with a flicker of
memory, lips painted fire-engine red and that maniac-inducing fifties pin-up
girl look that I’d dismissed as silly when the girls in college wore it – but
that made her smoking hot.
Down, boy.
God damn Charlotte, my ex-girlfriend, had to be here, of all places. At a bachelorette party where I was a stripper, dressed in a cop uniform with pants that suddenly got way too tight.
And she had to be so fine.
“Ooooh, honey, you’re one big officer,” said a sultry voice behind me as I watched Charlotte in the other room, chatting with the bride.
A hand stroked my hip and hesitated before sliding a bit lower, filling a palm with my ass. “Arrest me, Officer. I’ve been a bad, bad girl.”
With one look at the source of the voice, my night went from Oh, man to Oh, no.
That voice? That hand?
That was my mother.
Random Acts of Hope is the fourth book in the romantic comedy Random series, and features guitar player Liam McCarthy from the band, Random Acts of Crazy. Five years ago, Liam and his girlfriend, Charlotte Greyson, were deeply in love. When a betrayal eviscerates them both, each clings to their separate truths as an anchor to navigate the perfect storm.
But when the biggest ego in the band reconnects with the only woman who stole his heart, sparks fly in this sequel that asks whether you can believe in the impossible without sacrificing every ideal you hold – in order to find a love bigger than you ever imagined

Random Acts of Love
The last
ever-loving thing I ever thought I'd become is a hypocrite.
A big, fat one.
Joe doesn't even want me to meet his parents. Trevor's fine with it, but only if they keep thinking I'm his girlfriend. And only his girlfriend. He doesn't want that pesky little thing called truth to get in the way.
Both of them are my boyfriends. Both.
So then my mama goes and gets engaged - the woman rediscovered her hoohaw! - and I have to head back home to meet my new stepdaddy and attend her wedding.
And she wants me to bring my boyfriend with me.
Um...which one?
This is where the hypocrisy thing comes in, because I've never told her what's really going on with me and my boyfriends.
Funny how making that word plural ends with a hiss.
The easiest thing to do is to tell the truth, right? That's what I've been telling Trevor and Joe for our entire relationship, and now that the tables are turned on me, what do I do?
Break up with them and run back home.
I never dreamed they'd follow me from Boston back to my trailer park in Ohio.
And claim me for their own.

Random Acts of Love is the fifth book in the series that started with Random Acts of Crazy, the New York Times bestselling book that introduced readers to Darla, Trevor and Joe. When Darla has to face her own demons (and hypocrisy) by going back home, she learns that love means admitting who you really are to everyone -- including yourself.
BOOK SEVEN IN THE NEW YORK TIMES BESTSELLING RANDOM SERIES:
I guzzled another flute of Champagne and froze, the liquid in my throat, waiting to be swallowed.
Tyler was here.
We’d met a few times before, in passing. He was the substitute bass player for the band; I was the lead guitar player’s girlfriend’s best friend. In that weird sort of social circle thing where Venn diagrams get laid over different groups, Tyler and I were bound to be in the crossover once in a while.
He looked so hot. Short brown hair. A few days of beard. Bright green eyes that were more guarded than a Russian mobster’s. He was sleeved, the colorful tattoos a tapestry, but every time I met him I couldn’t quite see them. We only saw each other in dark concert halls, or tonight, under the stars.
He gave Sam a rare smile and a hearty handshake, forearm muscles bulging. I wondered what it would be like to have those hands on me. My fingers tracing those tats. Listening to him tell me the story of his body while he forgave mine.
Forgave it for failing me.
I shook my head fast to banish the thoughts that drew me into places so dark they became black holes of the soul. The gravity of trauma had a way of sucking all the good into it, and tonight I wasn’t going to let that happen. The opposite, in fact.
Tonight I was going to sleep with Tyler.
He didn’t know it yet, but that was okay. He would. Soon.

Random on Tour: Los Angeles is 7th book in the New York Times bestselling Random series, the ongoing story of the up-and-coming rock band, Random Acts of Crazy. When the band's bass player, Joe Ross, gets injured in an unfortunate sex act that gains nationwide coverage, it's tatted-up Tyler (aka "Frown") to the rescue for their first big concert.
There's only one problem: the morning of his flight to L.A. he wakes up to find someone's stolen all his money, his bass, his ID, and his pride. When he shows up at Maggie's doorstep to ask her to drive him from their hometown of St. Louis all the way to L.A., these two damaged people learn quickly that being independent doesn't always mean being free...
Warning: This book deals with the very difficult topic of sexual assault and rape, and I’ve taken great care to address this with the sensitivity and respect it deserves.
None of the scenes in the book contain sexual violence, though the characters do tell their stories of past sexual violence. None of those descriptions is graphic or gratuitous. This book is about hope and healing, but the characters do have past trauma that they discuss.

Obedient Series
Maliciously Obedient
Getting caught
reading Fifty Shades of Grey in the parking lot at work wasn't the best way for
25-year-old Lydia Charles to meet her boss. A boss she didn't know she had.
Matt Jones now had the job she had been waiting to apply for (and win) for the
past year, and to add insult to injury, he's the kind of guy her parents would
adore.
Damn it.
The only kid of six to choose to run off to Boston and leave behind her idyllic family in Maine, Lydia's determined to prove herself in the big city, but she has to keep Matt at arm's length. After a steamy elevator encounter that leaves her missing her panties – and most of her resolve – she decides that maybe it's time to let him get inside her.
In more ways than one.
But when Matt suddenly closes off she's upset and confused. When he also acts like he owns the place, she decides that malicious obedience – following his every command to the letter – will prove how much the department needs her creativity after he insists he knows best.
What Lydia doesn't know is that “Matt” is really Michael Bournham, the CEO of the company, part of an undercover reality television stunt. Keeping his hands off Lydia's luscious curves was becoming an exercise in restraint, but what was harder? Keeping his heart from her.
For Michael, Lydia's malicious obedience ignited a night of unbridled passion in the office that made him forget everything – including the rolling cameras – until it was too late. When unscrupulous producers make their lovemaking viral, Michael pulls out all the stops and calls in every favor as Lydia...maliciously obeys.

AFTER A BILLION
PEOPLE WATCH YOU MAKE LOVE, WHERE DO YOU HIDE?
A fake persona with very real emotions...
As "Matt Jones," CEO playboy Michael Bournham has just stumbled into his wildest dream and worst nightmare while playing a middle-management employee role for a reality television stunt. Getting caught making love with his administrative assistant, Lydia Charles, on camera let unscrupulous Hollywood producers blackmail him before launching the video on YouTube. Fired from his job and ridiculed on social media, Mike needs to hit "reboot" on his life. Hiding Lydia away in Iceland with a made-up job, he sends his best friend Jeremy to watch over her. Meanwhile, he disguises himself once more and booked a cabin at Lydia's family's campground in Maine, to immerse himself in her world.
A best friend with deeper intentions...
After more than a decade of world travel and hedonistic fun, dot-com millionaire Jeremy wants more out of his friendship with Mike, but more than that – he wants Lydia. Struck by her beauty and essence, he follows Mike's order and obeys, courting her with a friendship that quickly becomes a deeper bond, charged by Lydia's fantasies about him – and Mike. Unable to resist, he becomes her confidante and bedmate, helping her to come to grips with her impulsive decisions and to find her way back home to Maine.
A woman torn by desire...
Lydia accepts the move to Iceland to become the Director of Communications for European Operations not realizing it's a sham position Michael Bournham created to help hide her from the firestorm of the viral sex tape. Living in a new country should be fun, but side glances and whispers from her new Icelandic employees dig at her. Ignored by her new boss at Bournham Industries, Lydia's disenchantment with her bold move is softened only by Jeremy's appearance. Wild and loose, he fills a void in her life – and soon fills her bed.
When she decides there's no place like home, the new couple embarks for her family's campground – and Jeremy's suspicious obedience will be revealed.

Deliciously Obedient
The final book
in the Obedient trilogy asks whether being authentic means losing everything in
order to gain yourself…
Ego bruised but spirits lifted by her relationship with Jeremy, her ex-lover's best friend, Lydia Charles comes home to her family's campground in coastal Maine with a new boyfriend, some old anxieties, and one big question: where's Michael Bournham?
Mike's spent the last month incognito, living at the Charles family campground and sorting through his past to make sense of his future. Dropping out of the media spotlight was the best choice he could have made, and with Lydia safe in the job he created for her, far away in Iceland, he has plenty of time to think about how he hurt her…and how to win her back.
Jeremy followed Mike's instructions to the letter: take care of Lydia. Falling hopelessly for her, though, wasn't in this free-wheeling globe trotter's plan. Meeting her parents and settling down triggers his own issues, and when a sudden tragedy hits one of Lydia's beloved relatives, he finds himself confronting his own past…and shaping the future.
It's all in Lydia's hands now as she breaks every rule in an effort to learn whether the rules ever mattered at all.

Yet her bed was empty, as always.
She should have calmed down. She should have been able to shake the reverie. She should have let it all fade.

Her First Billionaire
COULD SHE
REALLY FIND THE RIGHT GUY ON THE INTERNET?
"Hot, luscious piece of ass who can suck a golf ball through forty feet of garden hose seeks rippling-ab'd firefighter who has a tongue that thrums like a hummingbird and enjoys painting my toenails and eating Ben & Jerry's out of the carton while watching Mad Men."
Laura Michaels stared at the online dating site's registration screen and frowned. That's what she really wanted to write. Here was the truth:
"Needy, insecure, overweight twenty-six year old Business Analyst with three cats, a corporate job with pension and no debt seeks Mr. Impossible for way more than friendship and lots of ice cream. I'm desperate for some physical affection and oral sex with a guy who doesn't view it as some sort of favor he's granting me, and then expects to be praised like he cleaned my toilet. One night stands are better than nothing as long as you brush your teeth. So call me, maybe!"
So when hot firefighter Dylan Stanwyck responds and asks her out, it's just too good to be true. When she searches him online and learns he offers himself up for date nights in bachelor charity auctions, she wonders if she's on the right planet.
Because what could a guy like that see in a fat girl like her?
OR WOULD HE NOT BE WHO HE SEEMED?
Trawling through the online dating profiles isn't Dylan's idea of fun, but it's been more than eighteen months since their lover, Jill, died, and Dylan and his unconventional partner, ski instructor Mike Pine, need to find a new love. While their threesome situation is more complicated than a contract from 50 Shades of Grey, at least one aspect is simple: Laura Michaels, the cute, soft blond from the online dating site, seems like a good fit for at least a first date. Soft curves, gorgeous hair, eyes that light him up from the computer alone, and a profile that makes her seem smart and interesting -- he has no problems asking her out.
The problem is letting her in.
Dylan and his not-quite partner have more secrets than their unconventional romantic relationships, and this latest snafu is a mixed blessing, for both became billionaires overnight after the third in their threesome, Jill, died. With her estate finally settled and Dylan and Mike the recipient of an annual income that gives them enough to buy entire towns in the Midwest, the two were left reeling. Months after the lawyer explained their new-found fortune, Dylan still works his regular shifts at the station while Mike remains on the slopes as a ski instructor, but with a caveat; now he owns the entire resort.
But if they tell Laura everything, they risk losing a chance at a new bond...
Two problems may have one lush, ample solution as Laura meets her first billionaire on her date with Dylan, but with a stunning twist at the end...

SHE DREW A LINE
WITH A ONE NIGHT STAND
When Laura Michaels got one hot firefighter pinging her for a date after joining a popular online dating service, she thought she had won the lottery. A night with Dylan Stanwyck, professional (firefighting) hunk and former model, had been too much. Fearful her curves would turn him off like so many other guys, her pleasant surprise turned to white-hot passion as she broke her own rule and slept with him on the first date.
That turned to regret when she awoke in the wee hours of the morning and found pictures of a hot, buff surfer-type woman with Dylan plastered all over his bedroom. Taking the hint, she made the walk of shame home, deleted him from her contacts and chalked it up to experience.
To her shock, within hours a new guy - Mike Pine, a ski instructor and marathon runner with a body and face like an actor in a superhero movie - messaged her and asked her out. Lightning struck twice in 24 hours! Laura was incredulous but, emboldened by encouragement from her best friend, Josie, she took the plunge and accepted the date.
HE WANTS TO BE LOVED ON HIS OWN
Mike likes simple things. Skiing. Running. Being outside. Uncomplicated love. Good food. For nearly ten years he, Dylan and Jill had a simple love that was achingly easy on the inside, and oh, so complicated from the outside. It worked, though, and made him whole - until Jill's lymphoma diagnosis and her early death.
Reeling, he and Dylan just took their lives day by day, and sometimes hour by hour, mourning their great love. Broken, Mike descended into a world of punishing athleticism, clocking 14-hour days on the slopes and 100+ miles of running a week, the pounding of his legs on pavement strong enough - he wished - to pound out his pain. What he and Dylan had never expected was what came more than a year after Jill's death: an inheritance. From her family's trust fund. More than $1 billion each, with a perpetual income that made everything go from simple to chaotic.
What Laura doesn't know is that Dylan and Mike are roommates. More than roommates. And they are looking for a third in their relationship. More than a third...but Mike has something to prove, first, and snagging this first date with her is just the beginning

Her Two Billionaires
TWO MEN WITH
TWO ENORMOUS...SECRETS
Dylan Stanwyck and Mike Pine are looking for a certain kind of woman. The firefighter and ski instructor aren't picky - blonde, brunette, Asian, African-American, Caucasian, athletic, Rubenesque, boyish - any type will do, but there is one pesky little deal breaker - she needs to want a long-term threesome. So far, that's caused some problems as Dylan took to the dating field and found no takers, search for someone he and Mike could share. Laura Michaels fits the bill - they hope. Working class stiffs who become accidental billionaires in a mysterious turn of events involving their dearly departed longtime lover's estate, the men are looking now for a third to complete them.
When Dylan discovers Mike's gone behind his back and slept with Laura, the deception makes them both realize that they want Laura, desperately - to be their permanent third. The question is - how can they untangle the web they've caught them all in? Will Laura flee when she learns the truth?
WHAT THEY DON'T KNOW IS THAT (SOME OF) THEIR SECRETS ARE HERS
Laura Michaels took a last-ditch chance at online dating and hit the jackpot - twice. After waking up in Dylan's apartment and being surrounded with pictures of his wife, she follows the advice to DTMFA - so she dumped him. Mike popped up out of nowhere on the online dating site where she met Dylan, and in a whirlwind two days she managed to sleep with both. Adding insult to injury, when Dylan appeared at her workplace disguised as a flower delivery guy, the truth came out: the pictures were of his dead lover. Passion overrode reason and Laura found herself caught between two incredible men.
And wishing she could have both.
Dylan and Mike might be in for the surprise of their life, because maybe - just maybe - Laura has some threesome desires of her own that she's finding it harder and harder to control. When Dylan and Mike give them all an opportunity to consummate their brewing desires, the result is hotter and more passionate than any of them ever imagined, yet as Laura realizes she'd been manipulated, her old insecurities come back. Fleeing, she leaves Mike and Dylan wondering whether they've ruined their second chance at a perfect triad - but they haven't seen the last of Laura

Her Two Billionaires
and a baby
...picking up
where Her Two Billionaires left off...
WHEN IS A LIE REALLY A LIE?
Laura flees after an amazing encounter with Dylan and Mike, a threesome lovemaking experience that sets her senses on fire and her heart ablaze. But hopes are quickly extinguished when reality settles in and she feels duped. Had they set her up just to get her in bed? Was she the butt of some elaborate sexual joke? Running for the safety of her best friend, Josie, she pours her heart out and learns that Josie has a few secrets of her own involving threesomes...
COMING CLEAN IS HARDER THAN IT SEEMS
After Laura leaves in a panic, Mike and Dylan must wrestle with their past, to come to terms with how it may jeopardize their future with her. A chance run-in with Laura and her friend Josie at a legendary Boston diner gives them renewed hope that they have a shot with Laura. When she accepts their offer for dinner - and only dinner - the guys see that being normal and comfortable and fun is the best remedy for their past transgressions, and they're determined to win her back, one Italian meatball and homemade tiramisu bite at a time.
BUT FEAR MAKES EVERYONE KEEP SECRETS
Laura lays it on the line: tell her any more secrets they might have. They just can't, though - hiding their billionaire status, they decide it's too much, too soon, with Dylan taking the lead as Mike feels they should tell the truth sooner than later. Deferring to Dylan, he keeps his mouth shut. The trio move on, and a night at Laura's house gives her the closure she needs to trust them again, a no-holds-barred lovemaking session that seals the deal and heals her wounds.
Until a morning news show reveals that Dylan, Boston's hottest eligible bachelor, is actually a billionaire. And so is Mike. Standing in the office lobby, gawking at the television as it spewed unbearable secrets, Laura is agog and sprints to the safety of Josie. Shutting Mike and Dylan out for good, she licks her newly-opened wounds and prepares for a life without them.
Until a positive pregnancy test changes everything.
And this time, Laura's the one keeping secrets...until a dangerous fire in her apartment leads to her rescue by Dylan, who learns the truth in a life-or-death blaze that makes everything more complicated, because...
It's always complicated.
Her Two Billionaires and a Baby is the 67,000-word final episode in a four-novella arc (though this one's novel length!) that brings closure to the very unconventional, loving relationship between curvy Laura, hot firefighter Dylan, and calm, mellow Mike

And, maybe, long-term love in an unconventional romance with two men that pushes every boundary.

This 122,000 word/450 page boxed set includes all four parts of the Her Billionaires series (Her First Billionaire, Her Second Billionaire, Her Two Billionaires, Her Two Billionaires and a Baby).
It’s Compilcates
WARNING: This
book does NOT end in a cliffhanger. It is NOT too short (450 pages). It has a
Happily Ever After ending. No secret billionaires or naked rock stars.
And no one kisses a chicken. Pinky promise.
From USA Today Bestselling Author Julia Kent:
Hot make-out session? Check. With the dreamy obstetrician? Check. While her best friend is in labor? Um...
It's Complicated.
Josie Mendham never meant to have her own (radically different) set of gasps and moans a few doors down from where her best friend, Laura, was giving birth. And stealing away with the obstetrician who was consulting on Laura's case certainly wasn't part of any birth plan.
When Dr. Alex Derjian watched the foursome enter the labor ward he did a doubletake: two dads? That defied biology as he knew it. Even more intriguing was the woman with the birthing mother and the fathers: Josie, the nurse he'd been watching from afar for months. One elevator kiss led to an on-call room soiree and soon he was breaking every romantic rule in his playbook.
Finding his way into her pants wouldn't be hard.
But into her heart? That would be a challenge.
It's Complicated is the much-awaited novel that combines the stories of Laura, Mike, Dylan, Josie, and Madge from the Her Two Billionaires series with Darla, Trevor and Joe from the USA Today Bestseller Random Acts of Crazy, with Alex and Josie at the center of it all.
Romantic Comedy meets New Adult romance in this 130,000 word/450 page novel that asks whether people can get out of their own way and learn that love isn't easy...but it's always worth it
