Former Playboy Blayne Westmore not only fell for his wife’s twin sister, he was falling for her as well.   What he didn’t know was that Livie had a secret. Now that he knows the secret he has to decide what to do.  Since both women walked away from him how will he ever get them back without Livie’s secret destroying everyone in the process.

I was given this in exchange for an honest review and all I have to say is Wow!  I was blown away but the twists and turns throughout the series but most of all in this volume. M.S. Parker kept me on the edge of my seat the entire time I was reading as I wanted to know how Livie’s secret would play out. 

Blayne surprise the heck out of me as we got to see a side of him that we only got a glimpse of when he was with Katka.  The way Blayne deal with the situation and the secret that Livie kept from everyone show just how much he grew up in a short period of time.  This whole volume shows that what Blayne’s father did was truly the best thing for him.  Blayne realizes it too when he is looking for both women.

It’s sad what Livie lived through and how she had to deal with it.  It’s definitely not a situation I would know how to deal with but having Blayne to help her out and finally getting through to her just shows how close the two have become.  Livie is still the strong stubborn woman she’s always been but the depth of how much Blayne cares for her wins out and they both work through their problems together.

I also love how M.S. Parker pulled the Sinful Desire series into this book, hopefully leading us to a new series with Reed Stirling.  I’m looking forward to seeing what she comes out with next from M.S. Parker as I loved the originality of this series.

When Blayne Westmore married Livie Duesk to make his father happy and keep his trust fund, he didn’t think his live would change this much.  Being in love with Livie’s identical twins sister Katka while married to Livie complicated things but he wanted to tell Livie what was going.  Katka on the other hand was worried how her sister would react so she kept trying to put it off as she was falling for Blayne.

I was given this in exchange for an honest review and all I can say is I did not see that coming!!!

Blayne and Katka were happy in falling in love with each other.  Livie may not have seem liked she cared but she was hurt that her sister didn’t tell her what was going on and that she had to figure it by herself.  The problem was that Livie was falling for Blayne too.  Spending time with his family and being accepted by them just made things worse.  Livie decided to deal with the situation without telling Blayne her plans before she went through with them.  Just when Blayne thought things were going great not only did Livie changes things up but so did Katka leaving Blayne shell shocked.

This volume was a roller coaster ride of emotions and while I was trying to figure out how the three would come out of this. That’s when M.S. Parker threw a new twist at us in the end of this volume and its one I don’t think anyone saw coming.  My first thoughts were “WTF” and “OMG”.  I couldn’t believe what I was reading.  This is the best of the volumes so far and the biggest twist that M.S. Parker has even had in one of her books.  If you haven’t read this series go back to the start and read them.  This volume will knock your socks off and leave you reeling!!!

Spending time with Livie gave Blayne what he needed to figure out that he wasn’t sleeping with his wife but her identical twin sister.  This would work out great as long as the two were never seen in the same place.  It would be hard for his father to prove his infidelity consider they were identical looking yet so different in every other way.

This volume of Twisted Affairs wasn’t quite as amazing as the first two but it gave more insight into the three main characters.  Blayne being the man he is takes advantages of what has landed in front of him.  He never wanted to be in the situation he’s in but since his father pushed him there, what more can he do?  Livie still wants things to go the way she planned but once Blayne moves on from trying to get her to sleep with him by saying that they did sleep together leaves her feeling things she never expects.  Katka on the other hand is another story.  She loves being with Blayne and wants more time with him but she knows once her sister finds out things could go to hell.

I was gifted this book in exchange for an honest review. I started to wonder if Livie would even figure out why Blayne had changed.  The fact that she was willing to stick to the no sex thing worked for her but Blayne never told her how it couldn’t work for him.  Blayne takes Livie to the charity event that his family expected him to be instead of taking Katka.  I think that was a smart move however I’m still waiting for this whole situation to come back and bite him in the butt.  Juggling the two must be wearing on Blayne as he gets to know both woman individually.  They make look alike but they are truly opposite in personally and many other ways.  I’m looking forward to seeing how Blayne deals with the fact that he is with two woman whom appeal to him in very different way and how they both make him want to actually be in a committed relationship.

Blayne has spent this past week wondering what was going on with Livie.  Her confusion over their encounter left him wondering if she was regretting what happened between them.  When it happened again and Livie seem to be avoiding him, Blayne decided it was time to get to know his new wife.  What he found out explained everything to him. 

This Volume of Twisted Affairs kept me wondering if I was correct in my assumption or would another twist be thrown at me.  In my opinion Livie and Katka were both acting very secretive but both in different ways.  We got Katka’s POV is in this volume and while reading it, I was hoping she’d reveal what I was thinking but she kept it to herself offering her sister support and ways to get out of the marriage.  Livie had always kept her personal life to herself but when she came home late one night and Blayne seemed worried and wanted to get to know her, she decided to open up.  Blayne got more from Livie than he expected including finding out something very important about her family.

I was given this in exchange for an honest review and M.S. Parker kept everything under wraps until the very end leaving me wanting more and happy that this series is in being released weekly as I want to see how Blayne deals with this new information and what is going to happen next with both Livie and Katka. This series just keeps getting better!!

Blayne loved his life.  There was never a shortage of sex, drugs and alcohol.  At the age of twenty-nine Blayne saws himself young, still full of life with no real responsibilities and an abundance of money thanks to his trust fund.  He’s done some stupid stuff while drunk and high but this time his family has decided it’s time for him to grow up or be cut off.  The problem is, his father wants more than Blayne to get a job, he wants him to married a particular woman as part of a business deal.  Blayne can’t stand to be a part of it and comes up with a different idea to help get him out of his situation

Livie dreams of becoming a fashion designer and has been saving up even since she and her sister Katka move to the United States.  Working at Frankie’s was just a job to get her the money she needed.  Livie had no problem and didn’t want a relationship as she saw it interfering in her plans.  Her sister on the other hand was a wild child which left Livie cleaning up her messes.  Losing their parents at a young age, growing up in an orphan age in her home country made Livie a strong, independent woman who wanted to take care of her younger sister.  Focusing on getting them a better life has been Livie’s main focus for years.  When Blayne walks into her bar and passes out before she can get him in a cab and brings her unexpected surprises including a marriage proposition that will put her ahead on her dreams to become a fashion designer.

This is the first volume of the Twisted Affairs series and it started and ended with surprises.  Blayne is nothing but a spoiled rich kid who hasn’t grown up as he was never force to.  He’s a carefree dominant alpha male who knows what he wants out of life and commitment and responsibilities isn’t it.  Meeting Livie changed things for him as he was used to getting anyone he wanted.  The fact that she saw right through him intrigued him.  Livie knew she had looks as she funded her sister and her move to the USA by a career in Modeling.  Now in the USA she was consider not thin enough so she took whatever job she could.  Having Blayne walk into her bar changed things for her.  She always had her walls up but there was something about him that caught her attention.  She knew his type but didn’t know who he was.  The unexpected proposition gave her a chance to make her dreams come true but her sister didn’t want her marrying a womanizer.  This cause problems between them.  Just when you think Livie and her sister are about to get everything they want an unexpected change in the arrangement is made leaving Livie confused and Blayne frustrated.  When he talks to her about it things don’t get any better but only worse.  This was a great start and I’m looking forward to the next volume to see if I’m right as to who changed things and why.  Another great series coming from M. S. Parker!!
